As a Minipreneur, you must achieve exellence based on your own performance. It is much easier to maximize those results if you are (1) doing something you are interested and talented in and (2) doing something you enjoy. Just because you have a good business idea does not mean you will be able to execute on it, so again..PLAY TO YOUR Strengths and outsource the rest.
You do not necessarily have to be an expert in that particular business area, but you must have insight into it, passion for it and the skills to maximize the results. Expertise can be learned, passion for the business must come naturally.
Additionally, as a Minipreneur you should be obsessed with time (and time savings). If you spend hours doing things with which you are not an expert, you are wasting your time and skills with something that most likely can be outsourced for faster and better results. You want to be the brains of the operation, not both arms and both legs.
